Oh btw, according to Wikipedia (at the moment!) he's actually a Nekomata with the two tails and the other abilities (not giving apoilers), instead of a Bakeneko who have one tail, dance, drink lamp oil and wear scarves/ bandana on their heads 🤣.
So Mori being a bakeneko was actually a deliberate choice. In TCM, there's not really any rules to what you call yourself as a demon so while Mori's technically a kaibyou (a more generic category of demonic cat from Japanese folklore that includes both bakeneko and nekomata) he just calls himself a bakeneko cause he knows that monster type pretty well. He could just as easily call himself a werecat. The same applies to Amir, who calls himself a succubus even though he's male. As I develop the full game, I'm hoping to pull more moments into the story where the character's choice of how they refer to themselves brings more chances to learn about how they think. :)
Also, I've been trying time and time again to get a different route with both Mori and Akello and it's not happening. Not even when I choose (pretty much?) ALL THE CONTRADICTORY choices @Mori, since his route is the most simple, obvious and straightforward of the two, and still get the Monster scene.
I wonder by now if I'm the only one who's run into this of if it might actually be an error...
(Btw, I'm commenting the route part of this comment on both Akello's & Mori's route pages, the one on Mori's is actually the copy as the topic of routes came up in my Error report on Akello's page. This is info for people who haven't seen all and are curious.)
Right now there's no real "routes" or wildly divergent story paths. All three chapters so far are essentially character concepts to see how people like the love interests and the setting. Each character has a 2 sex scenes and a "Declined Sex" scene. If you've seen those then congrats! You've got all the endings so far!
The full game is currently in development and I hope to be able to branch out more with each character's individual stories as each character's route takes shape.
I came upon another error while fiddling around with the controls... honestly just to see if I could find one XD. I'm not sure if I can produce different looking versions of this error, if you want more than the one I can look and see.

lol that doesn't say much to me either to be honest, SOMETIMES renpy can be a little janky (notoriously so on mobile) but I do have some Investigative Followup Questions:
Is this on mobile?
Do you remember exactly what action you took that caused the crash?

Right now, Mori is the only intro chapter ready but the second character, Amir, is beginning to deploy to patrons at the end of the month so we're slowly but surely making progress towards a full cast. :D

It's part of Tri City Monsters- this is the "final" version of Mori's intro so it has more content and polish than the older version. Since the older version was the "prototype" it was retired/taken down. (Though you can still play that older version on Gamejolt if you like)
Basically, this page will have whatever chapter is newest and each character will have their own page as they get content. Edit: I misspoke, sorry, THIS page will always have Mori's chapters, and the new 'main page' will always have the most recently released chapter regardless of character. SORRY if that's slightly confusing right now, it's for organizational purposes down the road once we have 6 characters with multiple chapters each.

I wonder what course told you the opposite....the wiki's are pretty well source material-ed, even if they can be unreadable for one reason or another.
